Company Story

THREE DECADES OF
BUILDING THE RIDE.

From a specialist manufacturing foundation to a connected, three-country operation—each phase of our development has been driven by the same commitment to rider protection and production discipline.

01 / Foundation

Manufacturing Expertise Begins

A specialist workshop focused on motorcycle apparel—pattern craft, material knowledge and rider-focused construction established as the core of every program.

02 / Expansion

Broader Product Capabilities

From jackets and gloves to pants, boots and impact protection—the capability set expanded to cover the complete motorcycle apparel ecosystem.

03 / Europe

European Direction

Operations in Italy and Spain brought product direction, market alignment and customer coordination closer to the brands we serve.

04 / Integration

Connected Workflow

Design, sampling, production and delivery linked into a single accountable workflow—transparent across time zones and continents.

05 / Today

International Partnerships

Supporting OEM programs, private labels and established riding brands across the global motorcycle industry.

What We Do

SIX DISCIPLINES.
ONE WORKFLOW.

Each capability is built to work together—from the first technical conversation to the final shipment. A program can engage one discipline or the complete chain.

01 / Design

Product Design

Concept development, silhouette work and technical specification aligned with the intended riding use and target market.

02 / Pattern

Pattern Engineering

Precision pattern work, grading and ergonomic riding-position fit—resolved before any material is cut.

03 / Prototype

Prototyping & Sampling

First samples tested on riders and machines. Iterated until fit, protection integration and function are confirmed.

04 / Validation

Testing Coordination

Applicable testing and certification coordinated according to product category, target market and project scope.

05 / Manufacturing

OEM / Private Label

Full production capacity for OEM programs and private-label collections—from brand application to complete collections.

06 / Delivery

QC & Worldwide Delivery

Inline inspection, final quality audit, packaging and international shipment—managed under one accountable workflow.

Our Process

FROM BRIEF
TO DELIVERY.

Every program follows a controlled five-stage path with clear approval gates and direct communication throughout. Each stage depends on the previous one being signed off.

01

Design

Technical sketch, specification and product direction aligned.

02

Pattern

Precision pattern engineering and material sourcing.

03

Prototype

First samples tested on riders and machines.

04

Validation

Applicable testing and certification coordinated.

05

Delivery

Production, inspection, packaging and shipment.

Manufacturing Capabilities

MATERIALS UP.

Six core capability areas define what AMSA builds every season—each one refined through decades of specialist manufacturing.

Technical leather motorcycle jacket construction

CE impact protection armor integration

03 / ARMOR

Impact Protection Integration

Shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and back protectors integrated with compatible pockets and mounting systems.

Weather system motorcycle gear

04 / WEATHER

Weather Systems

Breathable membranes, thermal liners and removable layers—configurable for the rider's climate.

Hardware and trims on motorcycle gear

05 / HARDWARE

Hardware and Trims

Standards-Led Development

DEVELOPED AROUND
THE STANDARDS.

Programs can be engineered around the applicable European standards relevant to each product category—protective garments, gloves, footwear and impact protectors. Hover or focus each badge to see what the standard covers.

Disclaimer: Applicable testing and certification are agreed according to the product category, target market and project scope.

Quality Philosophy

QUALITY IS A
PROCESS,
NOT A FINAL CHECK.

Quality is engineered at every gate—not inspected at the end. Materials, construction, fit, protection integration and production consistency are all controlled before shipment. The final audit is confirmation, not correction.

GATE 01Material Review

Incoming materials inspected before release to production.

GATE 02Construction Inspection

Seams, stitching and assembly verified at each stage.

GATE 03Fit & Functional Review

Prototype fit and protection integration validated on the rider.

GATE 04Production Consistency

Inline checks across size runs and colorways.

GATE 05Final Shipment Audit

Full AQL audit before packing and dispatch.

Partnership Principles

HOW WE WORK
WITH BRANDS.

01

Clear Development

Every program starts with a shared technical brief and a transparent development path—no hidden stages, no ambiguous milestones.

02

Direct Coordination

Access to the teams actually building the program—designers, pattern engineers, production managers and QC—without intermediaries.

03

Brand Confidentiality

Designs, technical specifications and commercial terms are held strictly between AMSA and the brand—protected across every location.

Global Presence

THREE LOCATIONS.
ONE STANDARD.

Commercial access in Europe and a production base in South Asia keep decisions close, timelines visible and manufacturing practical. Each location plays a defined role in the same accountable workflow.
